What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Arriving late? Contact us on WhatsApp before you arrive. Need a later check-out? Ask our staff in advance. It depends on availability and may cost extra.
Can you pick me up from the airport?
Yes. We arrange private transfers to and from Mactan-Cebu Airport, Cebu City and the seaport, Liloan port for the Dumaguete ferry and Oslob for the Siquijor ferry. Send your details on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the price.
Do the rooms have their own bathroom?
The dorms share bathrooms with open-air showers. The Private Deluxe has its own private bathroom. It isn't en-suite: it's just outside the bedroom door, behind its own lockable door, and only you use it.
Do you have laundry?
Yes, we have in-house laundry. Drop it off at reception and we'll take care of it.
Can I rent a motorbike?
Yes. Ask at reception or send us a message on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
When you book direct, there's no deposit. You pay in full at check-in, in cash. We accept cash only for now.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Direct bookings need no deposit, so you can cancel free of charge at any time. Just let us know on WhatsApp so we can free up the bed. Tours can also be cancelled for free. Bookings made through booking sites follow that site's cancellation policy.
Are towels and lockers included?
Yes. Towels are included, and lockers in our keypad-secured locker room are free.
Can I charge my phone and laptop at my bunk?
Yes. Every bunk has an international power outlet (adaptors available) plus USB and USB-C charging ports.
Is the Wi-Fi good enough to work remotely?
Yes, we have high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hostel.
What are the main house rules?
No smoking indoors (₱1,000 fine), quiet after 23:00, no food or drinks in the rooms, and visitors are welcome in the common areas until 23:00. Please bring a valid government-issued ID for check-in.
Can I store my luggage?
Yes, luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out.
Can you book tours for me?
Yes. Reception arranges Kawasan canyoneering, Oslob whale shark watching and snorkeling with the sardines. Ask us on WhatsApp before you arrive or at the desk.
